.exe or virus warning after downloading an app
Attention! Whenever you see a big and alluring “Download” button followed by an insignificant “Create download link” or “Direct download link”, always go for the insignificant and ignore the bright and shiny “Download” buttons.
Don’t forget to install an ad blocker like uBlock Origin or AdBlock Plus!

You’ll have to click more than once to untick, and even so it will be difficult without uBlock Origin.
Each step may need more than one click.
Warning! Even with ad blockers installed, you may still need to click on the correct buttons 2 or 3 times and close the pop-ups and redirects before the download begins, most filehosts have found ways to bypass Ad Blockers completely.
